We are pleased to welcome Steve Grotsky as our new Managing Director. Based in the United States, Steve will focus on advancing operational excellence, strengthening governance and enabling scalable growth across FMC International.
Steve brings over 20 years of maritime industry experience, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles across the global shipping ecosystem. His background spans marine risk, P&I advisory, operational governance, loss prevention, claims and investigations, safety management, energy transition and alternative fuels, and commercial strategy. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with shipowners, charterers, and insurers on complex, cross-border matters requiring sound judgment and deep technical expertise.
Steve’s leadership, experience, and vision will further enhance our ability to support underwriters, shipowners, and operators with critical operational decisions in challenging environments.
